What we build

Five things, done well

We don't build houses from scratch, and we don't chase every job that comes past. We renovate the rooms that get used hardest — which means we've done yours before.

Kitchens

Full strip-outs through to cabinetry, stone, splashbacks and appliance fit-off. Galley, L-shape or open plan.

Bathrooms

Waterproofing to certificate, tiling, screens and fixtures. Small ensuites and main bathrooms alike.

Laundries

Usually the smallest room and the worst laid out. Rework the plumbing, add real storage, be done in a fortnight.

Decking

Hardwood and composite decks, stairs and balustrades built to hold up to a Sydney summer.

Minor renovations

Wall removals, new openings, flooring, built-ins and the list of jobs you've been putting off.

Four stages. You'll know which one you're in, and what happens next.

Stage 01

Site visit

We measure up, talk through what you want, and flag anything that'll cost more than you'd expect.

Stage 02

Fixed quote

An itemised written quote with inclusions, exclusions and a start date. No allowances that blow out later.

Stage 03

Build

Trades booked in sequence and a schedule you can see. One person to call the whole way through.

Stage 04

Handover

Defects walked through with you, certificates handed over, site left clean.
